Refund & Cancellation Policy

Performance Audit (one-off)

You may cancel for a full refund before work has started. Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers time already committed. If we fail to deliver the agreed report, you will receive a full refund.

Retainers (monthly)

Retainers run for the minimum term stated in your proposal and then continue month to month. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees for a month already started are not refunded. There are no hidden cancellation charges.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied, contact us first at hello@notusconsultancy.com and we will respond within two working days to find a fair resolution.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
