Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by Notus Consultancy ("Notus", "we"), a licensed professional services business in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Services

Notus provides performance marketing consultancy, including paid media audits, ongoing retainer management and advisory services. The scope, deliverables, fees and timeline of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in USD or AED in the agreed proposal. One-off services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Payments may be made by bank transfer or card through our payment processor. Third-party advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the ad platforms and is not included in our fees.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients provide timely access to the accounts, data and approvals needed to deliver the work. Delays in access may affect delivery dates.

4. Results

We apply professional skill and care, but marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions and budgets. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced for them. Notus retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and frameworks.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
